Custom Paver Patio Southwest Florida

Outdoor Living Designed Around You

A paver patio turns underused backyard space into the room you spend the most time in. We work with you on layout and materials before anything gets built — making sure the design fits your home, your yard, and what you actually want to do out there. Then our crew handles everything from excavation to the final seal.

What we think about on every patio build

Layout and flow — how the patio connects to your home, pool, and yard
Material selection — concrete, travertine, or porcelain in patterns that complement your home
Slope and drainage — critical in Florida where rain comes fast and heavy
Seamless indoor-outdoor connection — transitions that feel designed, not tacked on
Finishing details — edge borders, accent patterns, sealed surface ready for furniture day one

The best patios we've built started with a real conversation about how the homeowner lives out there. That changes the design every time — and it's the difference between a patio someone loves using and one that just exists.

General Question

Paver patio installation typically ranges from $9 to $15 per square foot depending on the paver material, pattern, and size of the space. We offer free in-home estimates where we measure your space, discuss your vision, and give you a detailed written quote.

e offer a wide range of patterns including running bond, herringbone, basket weave, Flemish bond, and random ashlar among others. Certain patterns like herringbone provide extra structural interlocking strength, while others are chosen purely for aesthetic reasons. During your consultation we'll show you samples and help you pick a pattern that suits your home's style.

Most residential patio projects are completed in 2 to 4 days. This includes any demolition, excavation, compacted base installation, sand bedding, paver laying, and edging. Larger or custom-shaped patios may take longer. We'll give you a specific timeline at your free estimate.

Yes — this is one of our most common project types. We work carefully around existing landscaping, trees, and irrigation lines to minimize disruption. During the estimate we'll walk your yard with you to plan the best layout and discuss any landscape adjustments needed.

Yes. One of the key advantages of pavers over solid concrete is natural drainage. Water filters between the joints and into the prepared base below. We design every patio with proper grading to direct water away from your home's foundation. In areas where drainage is a concern, we can also incorporate permeable base options.

Paver patios are very low maintenance. Sweep or blow off debris regularly, rinse with a garden hose as needed, and reseal every 2 to 3 years to protect color and keep joint sand stable. If a paver chips or cracks, it can be individually replaced without tearing up the entire patio — a major advantage over poured concrete.

Yes — outdoor living spaces are one of the highest-return upgrades in Florida real estate. A professionally installed paver patio improves curb appeal, extends your usable living space, and adds real market value to your home. In a climate where you can enjoy the outdoors year-round, it's one of the smartest investments you can make.

Absolutely. We regularly design and install paver patios that incorporate fire pits, outdoor kitchens, pergola footings, and other features. We coordinate with any other contractors on the job and ensure the paver layout accommodates all elements of your outdoor living space.
